By accessing and using the website and services of PixelGrowMedia, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
PixelGrowMedia provides businesses with digital solutions including, but not limited to, Custom Website Design, Human Resource Management (HRM) Software, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
All services are billed according to the pricing plans explicitly stated on our Pricing page or via a custom quotation. Development work commences upon receipt of the agreed initial deposit. PixelGrowMedia reserves the right to halt services if payments are delayed beyond the agreed timeline.
Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to the final website or software dashboard as deployed. However, PixelGrowMedia retains the right to display the project in our portfolio (e.g., as a Case Study) and retains ownership of any proprietary core code libraries used across multiple projects.
PixelGrowMedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our software or services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
